The MegaRAID® SAS 9286CV-8e SAS and SATA RAID controller couples data protection with flash-based cache protection for lower total cost of ownership (TCO) and simpler manageability. CacheVault® flash cache technology stores write data in onboard NAND flash instead of using battery backup units for a greener, lower TCO approach to protecting highly scalable external storage.
